Mr. Rakesh Narula, promoter of RNC, was invited to address the august gathering at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, on the intricacies involved in handling and settlement of “MLOP” insurance claims.
Loos of Profit (LOP) claims are highly complex to handle and require thorough analysis of the claim lodged. This also requires learnings acquired over time to be utilised optimally. Having handled a variety of LOP claims in various sectors, our presentation showcased the capabilities of handling such complex claims while at the same time highlighting the learnings and outcomes from the same.
