Pleased to share that Mr. Sahil Narula was invited by Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) to share his views on the consultation paper on issues faced in CIRP.
It was a good interactive session involving discussions of Valuers, Bankers and Resolution Professionals with the Regulator – IBBI.
